摘要
目的:分析传染病专科医院医保病人4种主要疾病住院费用的影响因素,为控制医疗费用提供参考依据。方法:通过对某传染病专科医院4种疾病共2586例医保住院病人住院费用的影响因素进行方差分析,并用多元逐步回归分析系统分析影响不同病种平均住院费用的有关因素。结果:不同疾病影响因素不同,平均住院日是影响平均住院费用的主要因素。结论:要通过合理控制平均住院天数,降低药费比例减少平均住院费用。
Objectives： Analyzing the factors which influences the in patients＇ expense on four main diseases in the infectious disease hospital to provide reference for the control of the medical expense. Methodology： Using the method of variance analysis to study the factors influencing the expense for the in-patients with the medical insurance in one infectious disease hospital, based on 2586 cases of four kinds of diseases. Using the multiple stepwise regression system to analyze the factors which influence the average in patients＇ expense on different kind of disease. Result： The expense for in-patients with different disease has been influenced by different factors. But the main factor which influence the average in-patients＇ expense is found out to be the average hospital day. Conclusion： The average expense for the in.patients could be reduced by reasonably controlling the average hospital day and cutting down the cost of medicine.
