摘要
对竹片绿氧-KP法蒸煮工艺条件进行了探讨,实验结果表明,在用碱量15%、硫化度20%、绿氧用量0.3%、液比1∶3、最高温度165℃下保温时间90min,原浆及漂后浆物理强度和黏度均比传统KP法的高,且蒸煮废液的污染负荷低于传统KP法。
In this paper, "green oxygen" kraft pulping of bamboo is studied. The results indicated that under the conditions of alkali charge 15%, sulfidity 20%, "green oxygen" 0.3%, liquor ratio 1:3, maxiimum temperature 165℃, time at the maximum temperature 90 rain, the physical strength and the viscosity of the unbleached and bleached pulps are higher than those of traditional kraft pulp, and pollution loading of cooking waste liquor is lower than that of the traditional kraft pulping.
