摘要
成人教育作为普通高等教育的一种补偿性和扩充性教育模式,对提高国民整体素质,促进经济发展发挥了非常重要的作用。但近年来,成人高等教育发展呈现下滑趋势。究其原因,教学质量下降为最主要因素。作者总结多年成人教育的教学管理经验,提出几点提高成人教育教学质量的对策,供同仁参考。
The adult higher education are compensation and extension education model of common higher education.It plays an important role in aspect of improving common wealth quality and promoting economic development.But the development of adult higher education show a downward trend recently.The reasons can be explored in teaching quality from dropping.This paper summarizes the experiences of adult higher education teaching management for years,and proposed countermeasures to improve teaching quality of adult higher education.
