摘要
工业环境中用晶闸管移相斩波调压会造成严重的谐波干扰,而谐波分量越大,电能质量也越差。为了减小谐波危害,提高电能质量,本文提出了一种晶闸管拼波(即波形合成)控制电路方案,并阐述了硬件和软件设计的思路,搭建了一个相应的实验平台。最后,通过拼波和斩波方式的实验结果比较,表明了拼波方式在抑制谐波干扰上具有较好的效果。
Using SCR phase-shifting chopper control in industrial environment causes great harmonic interference. The greater harmonic is, the lower power quality will be. In order to reduce harmonic perniciousness and improve power quality, the paper proposes a SCR-control circuit scheme of, i.e. a waveform synthesis control circuit and explains the ideas for hardware and software design, thus building a corresponding experimental platform. The result from the comparison between the waveform synthesis mode and the chopped wave mode shows that the waveform synthesis mode has better effect in restraining harmonic interference.
