摘要
通过对上海某大型三甲医院应用康奈尔整体节能技术,验证了节能方案,比较了节能方案的优劣,发现了在方案的实施过程中的问题。系统检测时间为5月中旬至10月上旬,采用一些技术性的处理;对于新系统与原系统的匹配问题,难以保证节能量,对比过程中的环境一致性等问题。基本达到了一个比较客观的对比结果。对我国医院的节能诊断和改造有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
By the energy saving reform to a Shanghai third grade first-class hospital. Analyze the energy-saving program. Comparing the energy-saving solution and to find the normal problem during the processes of testing time from May to October. Matching the former system and new system, difficulty to ensure the consistence of comparing the energy- saving capacity with the environment are solved. We have taken some technical means to the problem during our research processes. Finally, Better results are obtained. It has some meaning for the energy-saving reform of the hospital in our country.
