摘要
城市照明的发展与能源紧缺的矛盾日益加剧。以节能降耗为视角的《杭州市"十一五"绿色照明规划》从策略层面、技术层面、管理层面建立多层次、多角度的控制体系,探索城市照明以高效节能、绿色环保作为规划导向和目标的可持续发展的道路。
Under the background of growing contradictions between urban lighting development and energy insufficiency, ＂Hang Zhou Urban Green Lighting Master Plan During the Period of the 1 l th-five-year Plan＂, in an energy conservation perspective, tries to establish a multi-level and multi-angle control system from the aspects of strategy, technology and management, and to explore a way for urban lighting sustainable development with energy saving and environmental protection as a planning objective.
