摘要
胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)的结构功能与胰岛素类似,具有调节细胞生长和分化的作用,除对糖尿病胰岛素抵抗有改善作用外,在心血管疾病中的作用更是日益受到关注,尤其在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤方面,IGF-1对其有保护作用。现就其二者的相关研究进展予以综述。
Insulin-like growth factor-1 （IGF-1）have thc effects to regulate cellular differentiation and growth which constructures and functions are similar to insulin. Except to improve insulin resistance of diabetes mellitus, IGF-1 emerges to be focused increasingling as cardiovascular disease defense action, especially regarding the ability of protection for myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury（MIRI）. This review provides a current perspective on IGF-1 and MIRI.
