摘要
在高3m,内径9.7cm 的快速流化床内,进行宽粒径分布颗粒(dp=40~550μm)的轴向滞留量分布及流化状态的测定。经大量实验数据整理,理论解析及数值计算,证明了作者在前项实验中的单一粒径颗粒的滞留量及由浓桕床向稀相床转变的转变点(拐点)Z_i 的实验关联式也适用于宽粒度分布的颗粒,所以具有广泛的实用价值。
The solids hold-up and flow behavior have been investigated in a fast fluidized bed,9.7cm in diameter arid 3m in height,containing the wide- sized particles.Comparison between the experimental results and the calcula- ed data has shown that the empirical correlations obtained by the authors in the previous paper for predicting the solids hold-up and transition point between the dense and dilute phases in fast fluidized beds of uniformly sized par- ticles are also applicable for a fast fluidized bed operated with particles of wide size distribution.The practical uses of the correlations proposed previously have,therefore,been further proved.
