摘要
金属板材制成的圆管组件,当其板厚小于1.2mm时,可不考虑板厚对展开精度的影响,如果板厚大于1.2mm,则对管件的展开尺寸和形状会产生一定的影响,此时须采取相应的板厚处理。板厚处理与构件壁厚、形状、连接形式以及坡口形式等诸多因素相关。借助于计算机辅助展开方法,可以高效地对板厚因素不可忽略的圆管组件进行板厚处理。最后建议使用X坡口处理板厚可以提高连接精度。
Thickness processing is usually required when the thickness of plate is more than 1.2 mm, which will consider an influence on the precision of the shape and size in development. There are some important factors closely related to the thickness processing including thickness, shape, connective form and welding slope. The thickness processing for cylindrical pipeline components can be carried out effectively and efficiently by using computer aided development. In order to increase the precision during the components' jointing, an X-shape placket method is recommended for the thickness processing.
