摘要
对工业现场常用的RS485总线进行改造,设计了一种基于新型RS485总线的数据采集控制系统。该系统包含终端数据采集模块以及通信控制模块。控制模块通过共享RAM和非破坏性总线仲裁技术,使传统RS485总线具有多主结构,传输速度和稳定性大大提高,并在实际中得到运用。该技术不需要专用芯片,造价大大降低。
In this thesis, a scheme of data acquisition and control system based on a new kind RS485 bus ,which improved traditional field bus is proposed. The system includes data acquisition block and communication block. In the design of communication block, the traditional RS485 is updated through the technology of RAM-share and CSMA/CD, and it is with the multi-master mode. Its speed and reliability of transmission is largely improved. The technology has been applied in some projects, and its cost is lower , because of no special chip.
