摘要
简述了我国企业文化建设的现状,分析了企业文化建设的必要性及体育在企业文化建设中的功能与作用,提出了发挥体育功能的有效途径。
This paper introduces briefly the present situation of the construction of Chinese enterprise culture, analyzes the necessity of constructing enterprise culture and the functions and effects of physical education in the construction of enterprise culture.
