摘要
实验室仪器设备管理在高校的建设和发展中发挥重要作用,但是目前高校实验室仪器设备管理队伍建设状况不容乐观。本文分析了当前高校实验室仪器设备管理队伍建设中存在的问题,并依据科学发展观的内涵,对于解决问题的办法和措施提出了建议。以期促进高校建立"素质优良、结构合理、相对稳定、技术精湛、高效务实、充满活力"的仪器设备管理队伍,提高高校实验室仪器设备管理水平,进一步推动高校的快速发展。
Based on the analysis of several aspects, such as team status, training and examination system, and so on, this article proposed that there were many problems during the developing of administration of equipments and instruments in university laboratory. According to scientific development view, some suggestions were provided as the solution to those problems, which may help construct an excellent, stable, energetic administration of instruments, and improve the management level of equipments, and promote the university development.
