摘要
针对下游企业与供应商在供应链内部的依存关系,研究了建立供应商的风险描述要素的问题,通过设计问卷调查和利用因子分析的实证研究,得出8类风险描述要素,并由此建立了供应商风险感知的指标体系,以提高对供应商风险规避的能力。
According to the tight relationship between suppliers and downstream finns in supply chain, this paper studies the problem of establishing suppliers＇ risk description factors, and through designing the questionnaire survey and making the empirical research by using the factor analysis, obtains 8 kinds of risk description factors, and based on this, establishes the index system of suppliers＇ risk perception for strengthening the risk aversion ability of suppliers.
