摘要
Tribon系统是目前国际上较为流行的造船CAD/CAM集成软件之一.文章结合造船生产设计的特征,对TribonM3《焊接计划》(weld planning)在功能应用上进行开发与完善,辅助该模块提出实用的焊接技术参数,为焊接材料消耗量的实物量统计提供精确的数据支持.此项开发内容紧紧围绕现代造船焊接工艺模式,为船舶制造厂的焊接材料成本管理与控制提供科学的依据.
Tribon system is one of international popular shipbuilding CAD/CAM integrated software. Combining the features of shipbuilding production and design, the article develops and improves the function application f the ＂WeM Planning＂ of Tribon M3. Practical welding technical parameters are put forwarded to assist the module, which offers accurate data support for quantity statistics of welding materials. The developed content is closely related to welding craft model of modern shipbuilding. It provides scientific foundation for cost management and control of welding materials in shipyards.
