摘要
目的观察和测定兔眼飞弹伤后脉络膜的血管形态、体积变化,为研究飞弹伤后眼球血循环变化提供病理依据。方法利用气钉枪在6kg/cm2始动气压下打击眼球建立兔眼飞弹伤模型,于伤后1、3d和1、2、4周取眼球进行HE染色观察脉络膜病理学改变,并采用生物体视学方法测定脉络膜的体积和脉络膜血管的体积密度、体积。结果伤后1d,脉络膜血管体积与正常眼球相比明显减小,在伤后3d达到最低值,之后逐渐恢复,在伤后4周仅为正常值的55.99%。脉络膜体积在伤后各时间点均较正常值显著减小,各时间点之间无统计学差异。结论飞弹伤后脉络膜受到明显损害,脉络膜血管体积明显减小,可能导致脉络膜循环血量减少,从而影响飞弹伤后视网膜功能的恢复。
Objective To observe the structure and quantity of choroidal vessels in the injuried eyes caused by projectiles in rabbits. Methods The experimental retinal injury caused by intraocular foreign body was made by nail gun. We used HE staining to examine the pathological changes of choroid of the eyes enucleated on day 1 and 3, and in 1 st, 2nd and 4th week after trauma. The choroid volume (Vc) , blood vessel density of choroid (Vv) and blood vessel volume of choroid (Vb) were measured by stereological methods. Results Compared with normal choroid, the Vc, Vv and Vb of traumatic eyes were all significantly reduced, among which the Vv and Vb reached the lowest value on day 3 after trauma and recovered gradually. The Vb rose to a stable level at 4th week after trauma, about 55.99% of the normal value. The Vc got smaller than that of normal control, but showed no significant changes among different time points. Conclusion The morphologic changes of choroid in the injuried eyes caused by projectiles lead to reduced choroidal blood supply, which may be one of the factors influencing the vision function after trauma.
