摘要
近年来脑卒中的发病有年轻化的趋势,青年脑卒中越来越普遍并严重影响着青年人的生活质量。青年脑卒中的患病率虽然低于老年人,但对患者本人身体、精神方面造成的损害,对家庭及社会所造成的影响,甚至更为严重。因此,防治青年脑卒中有着十分急迫的重要意义。本文旨在探讨青年脑卒中可能的发病原因,为临床及早诊断和及时干预提供理论依据。
The onset age of stroke is becoming younger in recently years. Young stroke is influencing the life quality of young people more generally and seriously. Although the morbidity of young adults stroke is low er than that of old people, the harmfulness to young patients and the burden to the family and society are more serious. Therefore,the study of how to prevent and cure young stroke is extremely urgent and significant. This paper introduces the possible etiological factors in young adult stroke in order to offer theoretic evidence for early diagnosis and proper inter- ventions of young stroke.
