摘要
高师成人音乐教育是在职中小学音乐教师进修和深造的摇篮。成人音乐教育的发展也为满足社会各界对艺术人才的需求,提高人文素质,起到了积极的作用。但是随着成人教育的发展,普遍存在着一些亟待解决的问题。本文对高师成人音乐教育中出现的一些问题及其对策进行了简要的分析和探讨。
Teachers colleges are the cradle for the cultivation of the talents for middle school teachers. Music education for adult students lessens the increasing demand for the arts talents and improves the artistic quality of the majority： However, with the development of the music education for adults, some problems emerged. Suggestions to solve these problems are proposed after a brief analysis on the problems.
