摘要
为了进一步分离纯化天然黄酮类化合物,综述了黄酮类化合物的分离纯化常用的方法有柱层析法、重结晶法、铅盐沉淀法及高效液相色谱法等方法,旨在为黄酮类化合物的研究、开发和应用提供借鉴。
In order to have a further isolation and purification of natural flavonoid, several popular methods were discussed as the following ： column chromatography, recrystallization, precipitation of acidity and alkalinity, and high performance liquid chromatography etc. The discussions above offer considerations for the research, development and application of flavonoid.
