摘要
旅游发展与旅游目的地社区居民的发展之间的矛盾是近年来困扰诸多地方政府施政的一个重要阻碍,如何实现两方面协调发展,构建和谐旅游目的地已成为旅游管理研究领域的一个重要课题。通过问卷方式对南岳古镇旅游地居民就旅游影响态度进行实地调查,采用分层聚类法将旅游地居民划分为矛盾憎恨者、中立者与理性支持者3种类型并详细分析了这3类居民的特点。并就如何处理旅游发展与社区内的利益分配问题,减少矛盾憎恨者与发展旅游经济之间的矛盾提出了建议。
The contradiction between tourism development and the community residents in travel destinations plagued the administration of local governments in recent years. How to realize the coordinated development in both aspects and how to build a harmonious tourist destination has become an important topic in the fiekl of tourism managment study. The residents＇ attitudes affected by tourism in Nanyue town were investigated through the questionnaire form. The residents were classified into 3 clusters by using hierarchical clustering method that were named conflict haters, rational supporters and neutral, and their characters were also analyzed. Some suggestions were proposed to deal with the interests＇ distribution between tourism development and community residents and reduce the conflicts between haters and tourism development.
