摘要
以电磁振动漏粉装置单因素和多因素正交试验为基础，获得了最优漏粉参数组合，为粉丝设备漏粉装置的设计提供了科学依据。
Vermicelli shaping is a very important working procedure in vermicelli production. In this paper ,the authors give the best combination of the parameters of the vermicelli shaping according to the experiment. The parameters is the basic data of vermicelli shaping device design.
