摘要
大港南部油田注水水源为南部各污水站处理后的采油污水,若处理后水的水质未达到注水标准,碳酸钙结垢会引起注水压力上升,严重影响油田生产。对大港南部3个区块的6种水样的分析结果表明,官一联和枣一联两个区块的成垢离子Ca2+、Mg2+、HCO3-的含量都不高,而西二联的HCO3-含量很高,根据碳酸钙饱和指数SI和稳定指数SAI预测得出港西回注水有一定的结垢倾向。配伍性实验结果表明:在油层温度(85℃)下密闭恒温7d,南部区块的两组水样均无沉淀;港西地层水和回注水(55℃)按不同体积混合后产生沉淀,浊度变大,配伍性差。
The treated water at the southern plants of Dagang has been used as the source ot injection water for me Through the research on the six kinds of water samples from three areas of the south of Dagong, the two areas Guan lian and Zaolian contain a few of scaling ions of Ca^2+,Mg^2+,HCO3^-,but Xierlian has lots of ions of HCO3^-. It is forecast that Gangxi injection water has certain scaling tendency, based on the CaCO3 saturated index SI and stability index SAI. The experimental results of compatibility show that when the temperature of the oil layer is 85℃, keeping in closed vessel for 7 d, precipitation does not occur in the two groups of water samples from the southern areas. After mixing different volumes of Gangxi stratum water and injection water at 55 ℃, it is found that precipitation occurs at 55℃, its turbidity goes up and the compatibility is poor.
