摘要
为了研究投加粉末活性炭对膜生物反应器膜过滤阻力的影响,在相同的进水和运行条件下进行试验,对比了两组膜生物反应器(反应器1未投加粉末活性炭,反应器2投加粉末活性炭量为500mg/L)的过滤性能。结果表明,投加活性炭使反应器2的过滤周期延长1.5倍,改变了混合液颗粒粒径分布。大于膜孔径而<1μm颗粒物的含量是膜过滤阻力的主要污染因子,而混合液黏度则促进了凝胶层的形成。活性炭的加入有效地减少了混合液的黏度和微细颗粒的含量,从而改善了混合液的过滤特性。
In order to study the effect of powdered activated carbon (PAC) on membrane fihration resistance in the membrane bioreactor (MBR), the comparison of filtration performance of two groups of MBR (powdered activated carbon is not added to reactor No.1, 500 mg/L of powdered activated carbon is added to reactor No.2) have been conducted under the same influent water and same operating conditions. The adding of activated carbon can prolong the filtration cycle of the reactor by 1.5 times and change the grain size distribution of the particles in the mixed liquid. The particles which are bigger than the membrane aperture and smaller than 1 μm are the main pollution factor that produces membrane filtration resistance. The viscosity of the mixed liquid promotes the formation of gelatin. The adding of PAC can effectively reduce the viscosity and the content of minute particles. Consequently, the inter-mixture filtration performance is improved.
