摘要
讨论了液压伺服系统跑偏控制的原理与方法.根据各环节传递函数,建立了整个系统的开可传递函数,并绘制系统开环波德图.权衡精度控制要求与系统稳定住确立系统增益.文章从实例出发分析了跑偏控制系统的动态特性.
In continuous proction of band material,the error of winder machine is unavoidable,controlling the error is the most important problem. This article tries to discuss themethod of controlling errors and sets up the transter functions for every part of the systemand makes Bode diagram of the whole system. With the real example,this article solved boththe questions of precision control and the system stability.
