摘要
指出了资本保值增值率这一指标存在的问题：指标名称模糊、缺少可比性、计算结果代表性差．提出了在我国目前的通货膨胀率下，此指标应该加以改进。
Enigmas of rate of shareholders value maintaining and increasing have been pointed out.That includes name of index is vague;content of index shows lack of compare;result of calculation is weak of representative.There is inflation in our country at present.This index must be perfected.New method of calculation of index has been given.
