N-乙酰半胱氨酸对小鼠实验性结肠炎的作用及与对氧磷酶1的关系

摘要 溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是慢性反复发作的炎症性肠病(IBD)。有研究发现,抗氧化剂可有效治疗实验性结肠炎。抗氧化治疗能调控促氧化与抗氧化间的平衡,具抗氧化活性的物质可作为潜在的治疗IBD药物。对氧磷酶1(PON1)在肠道组织及Caco-2细胞中高表达。N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)具有抗氧化、清除自由基等作用。PON1活性、UC的发生发展与氧化应激密切相关。本研究用葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导小鼠急性UC模型,观察NAC灌肠对其的影响,并初步探讨其可能机制。
