摘要
目的:为充分利用和开发商洛半夏资源提供科学依据。方法:收集不同来源的半夏品种,以其有效成分(总生物碱、氨基酸、麻黄碱)含量为观察指标,进行品种质量评价。结果:云南昭通半夏各有效成分含量均高于其它来源的半夏。结论:云南昭通半夏品种优良,值得陕西商洛大面积规范化种植,为制定半夏药材生产标准操作规程(SOP)提供数据支撑。
Objective ： To provide scientific evidences for further exploration and application of Pinellia. Methods ： Variety of Pinellia from different areas were collected. The quality appraisal of different species of Pinellia was performed with the content of effective components （total alkaloid, amino acid, exphedrine） as the parameter.：Results： In Pinellia, the content of each effective component from Zhaotong was higher than that from other areas. Conclusion ： The variety of Zhaotong Pinellia in Yunnan province has good quality, and worth large-area standardized cultivation in Shaanxi Shangluo. This paper provides data support for the development of SOP.
