摘要
包买票据是商业银行对出口商持有,并经银行担保的债权凭证无追索权购买的金融服务活动。包买票据业务在国外相当活跃,使用范围相当广泛。我国上世纪九十年代才开始引进包买票据业务,尚处于摸索阶段,经验不足。借鉴国际先进经验,可以针对我国包买票据业务存在的问题寻找对策,更好地推动包买票据业务的开展,尽快建立国内的外币票据市场。
Package buying instruments are financial services activities held by commercial banks to exporters, and guaranteed by banks of debt certificate of non-recourse buying. Package buying instruments business is very active in foreign countries and has a wide range of use. In the 1990s China began to introduce package buying bills business. It is still in the exploration stage and lacks of experience. Learn from advanced international experience, you can find the problems and measures for our instruments business to promote the package buying instruments business and the establish domestic foreign currency instruments market as soon as possible.
