急性高容量血液稀释联合控制性降压对锥体内固定术患者脑氧代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 急性高容量血液稀释(AHH)联合控制性降压(CH)具有较好的血液保护作用,可有效避免异体血输入,行控制性降压时阻力血管扩张,可避免急性高容量血液稀释引起的短时间内前负荷过重而对心功能产生的不良影响,但其二者联合应用对脑氧代谢的影响有待进一步探讨。本研究拟探讨羟乙基淀粉急性高容量血液稀释联合硝酸甘油控制性降压对锥体内固定术患者脑氧代谢的影响。
