摘要
在研究液压落锤式冲击器工作特性的基础上,提出了定流量和变流量两种可行的液压动力系统配置方案,并对其合理配置途径及能量效率进行了分析和对比,由此计算出实用系列机型的能量效率.研究结果表明,变流量配置优于定流量配置;并且,所研究的液压落锤式碎石机的能量效率不随冲击能的增大而降低.该结论为进一步研制超大型液压落锤式碎石机提供了理论依据.
Based on the research of the working feature of impactors of hydraulic crusher with dropping hammer,this paper presents two arrangements of hydraulic power system with constant displacement pump and variable pump,compares the rational arrangements and analyses the efficiency.Then the calculation of crusher′s efficiency of the practical series is made.The result indicates that the variable pump system is better than the constant displacement pump system,and efficiency of the hydraulic crusher with dropping hammer does not decrease as the impact energy of crusher increases.This provides theoretical foundation for developing heavier impactor of hydraulic crusher with dropping hammer.
