摘要
当今社会已经步入互联网时代,信息的相对过剩使注意力成为稀缺资源。高校图书馆作为信息和文献的集散地,读者利用信息资源的主要场所,只有充分挖掘注意力资源,并对其进行合理管理和配置,使之得到充分有效的利用,才能真正实现图书馆在信息市场中的"双赢",达到为社会创造新知识和实现图书馆社会效益的目的。
As now have entered the intemet era, the relative surplus of information causes a scarcity of attention. Being the distribution center of information and literature resource and the main field where the readers can take the usage of the information, the university library should adequately exploit the attention resource and rationally control and manage it to make it being effectively used. Only after all these have been achieved can the library get the situation of win-win in the information market and the goal of creating the new knowledge and realizing the social benefit can be obtained.
