摘要
目的:观察三七总皂苷对原发性高血压并左心功能不全的治疗效果。方法:选择高血压并左心功能不全患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组在常规治疗基础上服用依那普利5mg,日2次,速尿20mg,隔日1次,治疗1w后,血压未降至正常或心功能改善不满意者,依那普利改为10mg,日2次。治疗组在对照组的基础上,加服三七总皂苷150mg,日3次。每周观察患者至少1次,期限4w。结果:治疗组治疗后血压明显降低,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后心功能改善优于对照组。结论:三七总皂苷有助于原发性高血压并左心功能不全患者血压降低、心功能改善,值得推广应用。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of total saponin of notoginseng on primary hypertension complicated with left ventricular dysfunction. Methods： 80 cases of primary hypertension complicated with left ventrieular dysfunction were randomized into treatment group and control group with 40 in each. Based on the routine treatment,the cases of control group were administered Enalapril 5 mg twice a day and Furosemide 20 mg once every other day. Enalapril was increased to 10 mg twice a day after one week for those whose blood pressure was not lowered to normal level or the heart function was not improved. With the same routine treatment as for the control group, the cases of treatment group were administered total saponin of notoginseng 150 mg three times a day. The results were recorded at least once a week for 4 weeks. Results：After treatment, the blood pressure of treatment group was obviously lowered significantly compared with that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The heart function in the treatment group improved more than that of the control group. Conclusion ： The total saponin of notoginseng is helpful in lowering blood pressure and improving heart function of the primary hypertension patients complicated with left ventricular dysfunction. It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
