摘要
针对气缸盖顶面上的弹簧座端面、导管底孔台阶面到底面的高度尺寸原来只能用检测平台或三坐标检测造成操作困难的问题,结合实践经验,设计了一种端面高度检具,通过导管底孔,能快捷地检测气缸盖弹簧座孔端面、导管底孔台阶面到底面的高度尺寸,检具轻便、可靠,操作简单。
Having been combined with the experiences, a facing height measuring tool has been designed to deal with the height from the spring holder face of cylinder head top and canal bottom hole step surface to the bottom which only can be measured difficultly by the check floor and tri-coordinates. It is shortcut through the canal bottom hole to detect the height. It is light,credible and easy to operate.
