摘要
在承认经济法学研究所取得的成果的同时,理性地反思研究法学在研究方法上的不足,对于经济法学的繁荣具有重要的意义。重视以案例研究、社会调查为表现形式的实证研究方法在经济法学中的运用,不仅应是理论上的呼吁,更应成为学者的研究实践。在研究主题的选择、学术观点的论证方面,实证研究方法有助于关注中国问题、提升理论解释力。重视实证研究方法,有助于消弥问题与主义之争。
Admitting the achievements of the research on the science of economic law, we should meanwhile rationally reconsider the defective research method, and this takes great significance on the boom of economic law. Positivist research method applied in the economic law research through case study and social survey should become not only the theoretical appeal but also the scholars＇ practices. In the aspect of issue choice and idea proof, positivist research method conduces to more attention on Chinese problems and greater ability of theoretical demonstration. In other words, it is helpful to supply a gap between problem and ism.
