摘要
目的:探讨多体位局部加压方法在静脉肾盂造影(IVP)中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析增加应用多体位、局部加压方法摄X线片282例和普通免压方法摄片275例的临床资料,对比观察其诊断的准确性。结果:增加多体位、局部加压方法摄片组临床诊断符合率明显高于普通免压方法摄片组,两种方法差异有显著性(χ2=21,P<0.01)。结论:在IVP中多体位、局部加压对提高诊断具有较大的价值。
Objective：To explore the clinical application value of multiple position and local pressure in IVP. Methods ：The clinical data of multiple position and local pressure IVP in 282 cases and traditional IVP in 275 cases were retrospectively collected, comparing to their acctlracy of clinical diagnosis. Results：The diagnosis accordance rate in multiple position and local pressure IVP was significantly higher than that in traditional IVP, two methods were significant difference （X^2=21 ,P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion：Multiple position and local pressure in IVP can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
