摘要
以某12挡机械变速器为研究对象,运用电子气动技术设计了具有可移植性的气压驱动集成选换挡系统,并分析了该套系统所采用的气动阀特性。通过试验测试了气动阀的响应特点、换挡执行机构的换挡过程控制特性,结果表明,采用该气压驱动集成选换挡系统的变速器换挡过程平顺、换挡时间短,满足自动变速的要求。
A transplantable pneumatic integrated select and shift system was designed with electronic pneumatic technology based on a 12-speed mechanical gearbox,and the characteristic of the pneumatic solenoid in this system were analyzed.The response characteristic and the shift process control characteristic of control mechanism were tested,and the results show that the gearbox equipped with this pneumatic integrated select and shift system has smooth shifting process, short shifting time,and meet the requirements of automatic shift.
