摘要
目的探讨临床中抗生素使用与致病菌耐药的因果关系。方法研究我国抗生素使用情况及耐药菌发展趋势。结果抗生素滥用现象非常普遍,抗生素药物的使用率偏高,耐药菌种类日趋增多。结论对抗生素的使用必须进行规范,并且采取一定的措施,使抗生素能够达到合理应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical use of antibiotics and resistant pathogens causal relationship. Methods China＇s use of antibiotic resistant and development trends. Results The phenomenon is widespread abuse of antibiotics, antibiotic drug usage high, growing more resistant types. Conclusion The use of antibiotics must be standardized, and certain measures must be taken to make reasonable use of antibiotics.
