摘要
采用Tencel合股纱、Modal单纱及Modal/Cotton 50/50混纺纱,以不同紧度、密度及组织设计织制成防毒服的基布。对基布进行面密度、厚度及经纬向断裂强力性能的测定,从数据对比中找出了使防毒服基布达到轻薄化的设计参数,同时得到了基布经纬向强力达到最佳效果的织造参数。
By weaving technology , the feathery gas protective clothing base cloth was formed under the designation of different tight degree, density and fabric structure using Tencel plied yarn, modal fiber and Modal/ Cotton 50/50 blend yarn. Through the area density, thickness, its latitude and longitudetensile strength test, the design parameters of feathery fabric were found out in the data contrast. The weaving parameters according to which the latitude and longitude tensile strength could achieve the best were al- so obtained.
