摘要
建立顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定盐酸利多卡因中的有机溶剂残留量.用HP-FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱,顶空进样法,FID检测器,以正丙醇为内标进行测定.二氯甲烷、丙酮的线性范围分别为1.0~600.0mg/L(r=0.9998),2.0~800.0mg/L(r=0.9995);二氯甲烷、丙酮的平均回收率分别为99.6%,99.2%;RSD分别为2.3%,1.3%(n=5).本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于盐酸利多卡因中有机溶剂残留量的测定.
To develop the headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents in lidocaini hydrochloridum,the samples were injected into HP-FFAP capillary column by headspace sampler and analysed with FID detector using n-propanol as the internal standard.The linear ranges of dichloromethane and acetone were 1.0~600.0 mg/L (r=0.999 8),2.0~800.0 mg/L (r = 0.999 5) respectively. The recoveries were 99.6% and 99.2% with RSD 2.3% and 1.3%(n = 5) respectively. The method is simple ,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in lidocaini hydroehloridum.
