摘要
针对温度对加速度计磁路的影响进行了研究。温度影响分为环境温度变化造成的影响和加速度计自身工作发热造成的影响两方面,针对这2种原因分别进行了仿真计算。结果证明:环境温度变化时,反馈磁路的结构变化将导致磁参数温度漂移;工作反馈电流产生的热效应使反馈磁路的上下结构变形,变形为不对称变形,不对称性是另一个导致输出漂移的原因。为设计低温度系数的加速度计提供了理论依据。
The influence on magnetic road caused by temperature is researched. The temperature influence includes environment temperature changing and heating caused by force balance aecelerometer (FBA) selfwork. Simulation calculating is proposed aimed at these two reasons. The results show, when environment temperature transforming, feedback magnetic road structure is changed, this variety causes magnetic parameter drift; heating effect of feedback current induces the deformation of up and down feedback magnetic road, this deformation is unsymmetrical, unsymmetry is another reason for output drift. Theory basis for design of low temperaturecoefficient FBA is proposed.
