摘要
目前,我国高师院校的教师教育并没有完全适应基础教育改革与发展的需要,其重要原因之一就是高师院校的教师教育与中小学之间缺乏良好的互动。为此,高师院校应更新观念,重视与中小学互动;改革课程设置和课程内容,让师范生更多地接触和了解中小学;搞好教育实习工作,实现互动的重点突破;运用多种具体的互动方式,与中小学进行全方位对话;成立基础教育研究机构,加强对中小学教育教学的研究。
The teachers＇training nowadays in China does not perfectly meet the needs and development of basic education, which is mainly resulted from the lack of proper interaction between the normal universities for teachers＇training and high schools. In this article, the author has put forward that the running concepts of universities should be updated in the following aspects： paying close attention to the interaction between universities and high schools, carrying on necessary reforms on curriculum design and teaching contents, exposing universities with the current situation and needs of high schools, organizing effectively the teaching practice, probing into various ways of interaction, and establish related institutes to strengthen the research on basic education.
