摘要
在关于辅导员专业发展的讨论中,人们更多地关注辅导员的年龄结构、学历层次与性别比例等,而对辅导员职业倦怠现象比较忽视。这种现象对辅导员队伍的稳定、学生的成长以及思想政治教育工作常常会产生负面影响。
As of the development of the political and mental advisers in the Chinese universities more attention is given to the age, level of learning, and gender ratios. Their professional boredom is likely to be overworked. This is not in favor of the stability of the political and mental advisers, nor the development of the undergraduates.
