摘要
目的:比较益气健脾法与益气健脾活血祛痰法对D-半乳糖(D-gal)所致衰老小鼠自由基的影响。方法:测定D-gal诱导的亚急性衰老小鼠血清、心脾组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性;心脏、脾脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)、脂褐素(LPF)水平,并观察益气健脾及益气健脾活血祛痰方药对上述指标的影响。结果:益气健脾及益气健脾活血祛痰方药能不同程度地提高D-gal致衰老模型小鼠血清、心脏、脾脏组织中T-SOD的活性,降低心脏、脾脏组织MDA、LPF含量。结论:抑制脂质过氧化反应,提高抗氧化酶活性为益气健脾法及益气健脾活血祛痰法延缓衰老的共同作用机制之一,两法对不同组织的作用强度有一定差别。
Objective :To observe the impacts of qi replenishing-spleen strengthening and qi replenishing-spleen strengthening-blood activation-phlegm removal on free radical in aging mice induced by D-galactose(D-gal). Methods:It was to examine T-SOD activity of blood serum and heart-spleen tissue in subaeute aging mice caused by D-gal,and the levels of MDA and LPF in heart-spleen tissue. Additionally,it was to observe the impacts on the above-mentioned indexes with the formulas for qi replenishing-spleen strengthening and qi replenishing-spleen strengthening-blood activation-phlegm re- moval. Results:The formulas for qi replenishing-spleen strengthening and qi replenishing-spleen strengthening-blood ac- tivation-phlegm removal increased T-SOD activity in blood serum and heart-spleen tissue in aging mouse model induced by D-gal of different extents and decreased MDA and LPF concentrations in heart-spleen tissue. Conclusion : Restraining the lipid peroxidation and improving the activity of antioxidase may he one of the mechanisms on co-action of the two therapeutic principles, named qi replenishing-spleen strengthening and qi replenishing-spleen strengthening-blood activation-phlegm removal,in delaying senility. But, a certain difference presents between two principles in the action intensity of various tissues.
