摘要
采用正交实验方法研究了醋酸乙烯酯溶液聚合中甲醇质量分数、聚合时间对单体转化率及65℃时的体系黏度的影响,通过测量30~60℃的体系黏度后回归Andrade方程外推得到65℃时的体系黏度.通过正交实验结果分析回归得到了转化率方程和黏度方程。结果表明,黏度的对数值和转化率分别与聚合反应时间、甲醇质量分数成线性关系,并通过单因素实验验证了转化率方程和黏度方程在实验室条件下的可靠性.
The effect of mass fraction of methanol and polymerization time on the polymerization rate and viscosity of vinyl acetate solution was investigated with experimental design (DOE) when the temperature was 65 ℃. The system viscosity at 65 ℃ was extrapolated by Andrade function obtained by the regression with the measured data among 30- 60 ℃. The rate equation and the viscosity equation were regressed from the DOE data. The results showed that the mass fraction of methanol and polymerization time was linear with polymerization rate and the logarithm of viscosity, respectively. The reliability of the kinetics equation and the viscosity equation was determined by single factor experiments under laboratory conditions.
