摘要
结合企业实际生产的信息核算分析,对铅冶炼企业污染物排放量核定情况进行系统整理,为规范排污量核定行为和进行环境决策、规划提供客观可信的依据,同时也提供可借鉴的基础资料。
The pollutant discharge approval of lead smelters is systematically reorganized based on the accounting analysis of the practical production information of the smelters. The objective and credible basis for specification of the pollutant discharge approval, strategic decision or programming on environment is provided. The foundational reference is also given for similar projects.
