摘要
MCM-41分子筛具有较高比表面积和均一规整的孔道结构,脱除MCM-41的模板剂是影响其应用的关键因素之一。对MCM-41分子筛模板剂的脱除方式和脱除机理的研究进展进行了综述,着重分析了脱除方式对分子筛结构、酸性、稳定性和比表面积等性质的影响。
In recent years, much attention has been paid to the synthesis and improvement of mesoporous materials for their potential applications in many petrochemical processes. MCM-41 is one of the M41s family, it has very uniform pore diameter and very high surface area. The research progress of various methods to remove the template of MCM-41 and the mechanism are studied in this paper. The influences of removing methods on the quality of MCM-41, such as structure, acidity, stability and specific surface area are analyzed specially. It is suggested that the research of removing template and enhancing hydrothermal stability of MCM-41 seems to be a new trend in this area.
