摘要 研究连续等通道角挤压对改善纯铜组织和性能的作用。结果表明,按Bc路径,在250℃时挤压8道次后,得到了均匀、细化的等轴晶,晶粒尺寸在2.5μm。在160℃时,经8道次变形的晶粒尺寸达到0.7μm,12道次后达到0.4μm。变形后铜的显微硬度从63HV增加到135HV,强度最高达428MPa,延伸率保持在9%~12%。 The effect of continuous equal channel angular pressing on microstructure and mechanical property of pure copper is investigated. The results show that the equiaxed grain with the grain size of about 2.5μm is achieved under 250℃ after 8 passes of CECAP; the grain size of about 0.7μm and 0.4μm are achieved under 160℃ after 8 and 12 passes of CECAP. The microhardness can be increased from 63HV to 135HV, the ultimate strength is up to 428MPa and the elongations to failure are within the range 9 % -12 %.
