he principles and method of refueling safety evaluation for PWR nuclear power plant are introduced.The discussion is focused on the bounding analysis method and key safety parameters used in refuelling safety analysis.The refueling safety of Daya Bay nuclear power plant unit 2 cycle 3(U2C3) has been evaluated by use of this method.
