摘要
针对桂天蛾包卵丝成分、结构和性质进行研究,扫描电镜形态分析表明该丝横向尺寸分布为2~20μm,形状多样;能谱分析表明其主要元素为C、N、O,同时含有少量的金属元素Na、K、Ca等;红外光谱分析确认最强特征吸收峰为酰胺Ⅰ带1 658 cm-1,次强为酰胺Ⅱ带1 518 cm-1,表明该丝的基本组成物质为蛋白质,同时可以发现酰胺Ⅲ谱带1 239 cm-1;从X衍射线可以看到2个强度较小的漫衍射峰,说明可能存在晶体结构.文中将该丝与棉花纤维与蜘蛛丝进行了比较,并给出了它们之间的差异.
The element, structure and property of egg-case silk for the swallowtail larvas are studied. Scan electron microscope indicates that the versatile shape of the silk whose diameters is 2-20 μm. From energy spectrum the silk mainly contains C, N and O, and little Na, K, Ca etc. Characteristic absorbanee peaks amide I 1 658 cm ^-1,Ⅱ 1 518 cm^-1 in IR spectrum give information that the basic material of silk is protein. Two small diffuse peaks in XRD spectrum were found out, which means little crystal structure in the silk. There is difference among the egg-case silk for swallowtail larvas, the spider dragline and cotton wool.
