摘要
通过太极拳教学,遥测高校体育弱势群体演练42式太极拳过程中的心率变化。结果表明,42式太极拳能够对弱势群体产生一定的负荷;在肺活量和情绪调节方面,也有明显的影响,42式太极拳对健身有促进作用,可作为普通高校体育弱势群体锻炼身体的首选项目。
By analyzing the changes of the heart rates of the weaker group(student' s) during Taijiquan teaching, the results show that the 42 - style Taijiquan can produce a certain load to the weaker group, and it also affects their vital capacity and regulation of their moods apparently. The author makes sure that the 42- Taijiquan is quite beneficial to the Weaker group,and it can be the priority of the weaker group in university.
