摘要
介绍了立铣刀切削力的计算方法,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对干式切削立铣刀切削时的受力、变形情况进行了模拟,并分析了改变立铣刀法前角对立铣刀强度和变形的影响。研究结果为立铣刀的优化设计提供了参考依据。
The calculating method for cutting forces of end mill was introduced. The simulations of stress and deformation of end mill for dry cutting were carried out by using ANSYS, a finite element analyzing software, and the effects of varying normal rake of end mill on its strength and deformation were analyzed. The study result offers a reference basis to the optimum design of end mills.
